Refund policy

1. Personalized digital product

MeCantara provides personalized songs created from the information submitted by the Customer. The full song is personalized digital content, supplied without a physical medium, whose performance begins after the order and payment are confirmed.

2. Right of withdrawal

When the Customer requests immediate performance of the order and acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivered digital content, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the French Consumer Code.

3. Satisfaction guarantee

In addition to the Customer's legal rights, MeCantara offers a satisfaction guarantee: if the Customer is not satisfied after one or more revisions actually requested, they may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial delivery.

4. Cases excluded from the commercial guarantee

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • the Customer did not request any revision before requesting a refund;
  • the request relates solely to an order or payment confirmed by mistake after confirming immediate performance;
  • the Customer has downloaded the delivered song;
  • the request is made more than 14 days after the initial delivery.

5. Legal rights preserved

The exclusions above do not limit the Customer's legal rights. A refund or an appropriate solution may be offered in case of non-delivery, duplicate payment, a technical error attributable to MeCantara, or a proven lack of conformity in the delivered file.

6. Requesting a refund

All requests must be sent to contact@mecantara.com, with the email address used for the order, the order number if available, and the reason for the request.

When a refund is accepted, it is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, within 14 days from acceptance of the request.
